Our wineyard extends over 8.70 hectares and is located in the small towns of Burgy, Lugny, Montbellet and Viré. The main grape varieties in our area are Pinot Noir, Gamay and mostly Chardonnay. Our vines are cultivated according to a reasoned cultivation method and a respectful approach of the land and the ‘terroir’. The nature of our soils is predominantly clay-limestone which reveals a palette of fruity notes, while bringing a mineral touch to our different vintages. We attach a great importance to vinification processes by favoring traditional practices and wine aging techniques. Thanks to this experience,  our vintage cuvée by crémant de Bourgogne 100% Chardonnay has become a reference.
